    Be Healthy During the Holidays

    Holiday festivities keep us running around so much that we feel like we don’t even need cardio anymore. If only we didn’t have so much delicious food all around us at all times. But that Filipino food is so good… Like we wrote previously it is possible to succeed in all of your fitness goals throughout the holiday season, it just takes preparation and commitment. About 90% of the active population fails to prepare and commit while closing out the year. And yes, that is a percentage that I just made up. If you are one of those that have struggled to prepare food, just simply enjoyed too many desserts, or struggled to prepare food and ate desserts because of this then there are a few more things you can do.     The holidays are a beautiful thing, there are few things better than no work and eating as much as possible with the people who matter the most. The holidays create endless memories that may even become nostalgic as the years pass. We never want to forget these times, but what we do want to forget and even run away from is the negatives associated with the holidays that may have you wishing you were more prepared. Credit cards and bank accounts are never fun to look at after the holidays, to be honest with you I avoid that as long as I can.
